Who we are

Blount’s Fit For All Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit organization committed to advancing fitness opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Our mission is to break down barriers to physical activity and promote health and wellness through customized fitness programs and a supportive community. We are dedicated to ensuring that every person, regardless of ability, can experience the transformative benefits of fitness, fostering empowerment, inclusion, and a higher quality of life.

Founder of BFFAF

LaMonique, also known as Blue, is a military spouse and mom to 3 boys. Her journey as a fitness instructor started in Japan in 2016, but she has been active all her life. In 2019, she became a dance fitness instructor. Many doors began to open for Blue, but she always had a big heart for giving back. Blue has two boys that are autistic. Roman is 7 years old & Landon is 4 years old. Roman is nonverbal and Landon speaks in Gestalt. When her boys were diagnosed, it lit a fire in Blue to learn about autistic individuals, so that she could make sure that her boys received everything that they needed. Blue teaches many places, but she has a love for being in the community. At the YMCA, you can find her teaching Teens In Motion. TIMs is a program for teens with disabilities. It offers many different formats, but Blue teaches dance fitness to the teens. You can also find her at many community events including teaching to kids at preschools, elementary schools and high schools. Blue is an ISSA certified group fitness instructor. Her love for teaching those with disabilities in her community has pushed her to create her own nonprofit to continue to give back to the community and as a representation for her boys.
